Should be at bottom of motherboard, look closely and they should look something like this but maybe on very bottom not side ~~ http://www.pcbuyerbeware.co.uk/LEDInstall.gif . just match up connectors with what they say on them. ALLEN

your talking about the connectors for HDD and power button and LED and all that..yes? without any documentation on the mob it will be very hard but one thing you could do is to try and short the pins out one at a time to see which one turns the pc on, etc. if your uneasy about doing this you may have a tough time going about this. But yea which mob is it and we will see if we can find anything on it for ya...

I can't find that Asus board anywhere aside from other people needing help for the headers like you. I found no manual and no mention of it on the Asus site. I know it's a legacy board so maybe that's why.

My suggestion is just try each header out. Look on the board they might be color coded like they are on other Asus boards. There should be small white font lettering around them. If you can take a picture maybe I can help you further. Also please list the case you now have.

Yeah, I just spent a while trying to find that board on ASUS's site as well--amusing they don't have it.

Just go to asus.com, global, support, then click on download manuals. From the drop down menus select Motherboard, then Socket 438, then Pick a board with a similar name to yours. Like the P4S133-VM. Or one of the 333 boards. Then look up the chassis connector stuff in that manual.

Have you considered upgrading to a socket 775 board? If you're on a budget you can still easily get a decent MB, processor, and RAM for under $200 before shipping. If you'd need a PCI-E video card with that you can get an EVGA 8400GS for $35.

Might be worth saving yourself the hassle of dealing with that board....

I honestly don't think I have the first clue where those board connectors go.
