Thread Starter
Here is my current list

Swiftech Apogee GT Universal Waterblock - 1/2"
Swiftech MCR-220 "Quiet Power" Series Radiator - Black
D-Tek dB-1 12V DC Inline/Submersible Pump
Swiftech MCRES-MICRO Hi-Flo Reservoir
7/16" ID (5/8" OD) Masterkleer General Purpose Clear PVC Tubing
Petra'sTech "PT_Nuke" Concentrated Biocide (10mL)
Feser View Active UV Dye (Black) 50mL

My total is $177.31
If there is anything i could lower the price at all, but im alright with the current price, im up for suggestions. What else should I get though (if there is anything I need). This is my first WC setup and only using this for my Sig Rigs CPU.

Get 1/2" ID 3/4" OD Hose....

And get 1/2" barbs for the radiator and block if it dosen't come with any. D-Tek High flow barbs are my favorite.

Also Herbie Hose clamps or something to clamp the tubes down.

I'd just use a t-line instead of the res and forget the dye...That will give you about enough to upgrade to a D-5 vario pump..D-5...

I wouldn't cheap out on a pump, those little Db1 are kind of underpowered...

And you'll need zip-ties or clamps...

Simplicity mainly. It will also save you on 1 run of tubing( = less interior mess).

You may or may not want to install a fill-port up top, but think of that as an option.

Do not skimp on the pump as what's been pointed out already.. As a matter of fact, I can point you to a very slightly used one at a fantastic price: Here about third picture down

Explain to me this T line. How does it work, how do I use it and such. I dont mind using a res i have the room in m case, and i probably will mount my RAD outside the case (Antec 900's got those nice holes already drilled for me).

Here is my current list...

For a t-line you just need a plastic "T" and a length of tubing for it...You need to cap it off with something, these work great and are cheap.1/2" Brass Plug..

Masterkleer is good tubing and cheap...Thats about all I ever use anymore...

I think Burn has a t-line in this if you've never seen on in use.Assembling your Custom Watercooling Setup ..They just bleed a little slower then a res, I prefer a res, but I would rather see you get a better pump then a res...A t-line is fine and a lot of people prefer one....I put a res or a t-line right before my pump, in this order, res-pump-rad-cpu-any other blocks...

This is a good one to....Water Cooling - In English

I'll leave you my cleaning and set-up PDF also, it has a lot of basic stuff in it...
