AMD Lapping Question. - Page 2

No no, I just polished it with Brasso. Overall temp is still lower than before. With ambient of 25 it idles at 32 overclocked to 2.7 with Volts at 1.42. I tried the pressure thing, but no diff. I wonder how I can see if my Zalman is as flat as my CPU. And how will one go about lapping that monster?

Like this.

I heard actually using a polishing compound can be detrimental to the surface. I got my finishes by using 2000 grit.
