I'm not very daring with mine. I wanted to just get to 3GHz, so it is at 316 X 9.5 on stock (manual) volts.

Idle voltage is 1.12, and load is 1.152.

VID = 1.1875

edit to add current bios voltage: 1.172

I did try going to 333 x 9.5, but prime 95 gave an error after a short time.
At the 316 x 9.5, prime ran for over 24 hours with no errors before I stopped it.

At current settings, I range from 73-75 from tjunction max on temps at idle to 56-57 from tjunction max on load. The sensor for one core is messed up though as it will not go lower than 59 to tjunction.

What are you using for a CPU cooler?

55C here to Tjunction MAX.

3.6 Ghz (380x9.5), 1.25v in BIOS / 1.22 in CPU-Z
