I went for 5GHz. It stopped me at 4800MHz on AIR! (on my balcony at -5)

Would just like to confirm that I have gotten my e7200 to 3.8ghz so far.

E7200:

Revision: M0
VID: 1.15
FSB: 400
Multi: 9.5x
vcore:1.36v
idle temp: Under 30C, but bad sensors so who knows...
Load temp: 54C

I would really like to get this to 3.9v, I don't think 4ghz is possible. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to do to get 4ghz stable? I have the abit ip35-e with the latest BIOS. I can change CPU VTT, NB/SB Voltage, GTLREF %, and the vcore.

1.25v VTT
~1.5+ for vcore
NBv depends on PL#, tRRD setting and mem divider
GTLv should be +.067v or ~ +85mv ...depending on how your BIOS adjustments for GTL look..

..using 9x multi should help as well.. .5's can be unstable at high CPU clocks, as the cache is still running 1:1 for the CPU..

I don't want to kill my chip :-p. Im looking for 3.9-4ghz 24/7 on air.

memory divider = 1:1
memory settings: 4-4-4-12 @ 2v
GTLREF = 63%, goes up to 67%

The pics I posted for my E7400, were on air.. I have not run the little guy on my chiller at all, other than the couple times, I benched it on my 780i..that mobo is not as stable at high clocks, as my X48 though.

*If its for bench use only.. clock it up..run the tests..save all your results and screenies.. lower the volts and clocks. If you have all your mobo settings and voltages down.. the only thing you will be adjusting is the CPU multi and voltages.. shouldnt take too long.

...for your P35 chipset, I would use ~1.4-1.55v for tightest timings between 450-500mhz FSB.. more of course, if you have a stable system over 500mhz..

Q- do you have/use ClockGen or SetFSB ...if not...you should look into it.

try to slowly up the speed without touching the vcore see how high you can get without going past 1.36vcore. I would give you suggestions on stuf but our chips are completely different when it comes to voltage requirements
