Do you use Rivatuner to set the fan speeds ???? if not, download it and turn your fan speeds up and your temps will come crashing down.

Lol thats very wierd i have the same care except in the 640mb version

I idle at around 40-50 depending on ambient .

Load no More than 55-65.

RMA maybe lol

What case do you have and how is the airflow ?

i rmr the first months the highest it would get was 70-75

and i also rmr posting threads like "OMG my card is 75!!!" i gotta seriously deep clean the dust out of it
