Is this overclock ok?

Thread Starter
I am currently running 4 instances of prime 95 to test my 3.2GHz (9*356) overclock. My temps are ~30c idle and ~50c load.

I set the vcore in bios to 1.4v... Is this voltage ok to run 24/7?

Also, my fsb is 356 and my DRAM frequency is at the same with a divider of 2 to get a 1:1 ratio. My ram is g.skill DDR2-1000. What do you guys suggest setting/running this at? I am clueless towards the proper ram settings. My ram voltage is at 2.05 if that is any help.

Lemme know what you guys suggest. Thanks

wait, you're running your RAM at 356MHz? You are underclocking your RAM ridiculously low. Use a different divider so that you can get the most out of your RAM. Otherwise, you just wasted money buying fantastic RAM because you are running it so slowly.
Monster.

I thought running your ram faster is not useful? What divider do you suggest going with?

Try a FSB of 458 with a multiplier of 7, keeping the 1:1 ratio.

If you increase your RAM you may need to increase voltage and lower your timings to be stable! You can also have 400x8 and 1:1 ratio!
