Err perhaps you should put up a spoiler warning?
post #212 of 487
Why? It's rather obvious you'll end up fighting with him at some point... it's not like I gave any specifics =p

And yeah, nevermind. It didn't end. It was a surprisingly short fight, too...

Just finished it... MOAR! Too bad you can't continue doing side quests after you finish.

Take your time with the side quests guys. Past a certain point, you're pretty much locked to the main quests.

I rushed through the main quest, now I'm on the second playthrough taking my time with the side quests and there's barely any time for the main story line. It's not all the same mundane stuff either, a lot of the side quests are fleshed out quite a bit.

Adjust the shadow settings in the .ini file. By default, the shadow settings are set way to low.

Go to ../My Documents/BioWare/Mass Effect/bioengine.ini and make the following changes:
DepthBias=0.008000
MinShadowResolution=256
MaxShadowResolution=1024

It shouldn't effect performance that much.
Once again...

I hardly notice the jaggies. If you force it through the nvidia control panel and turn motion blur on in the game, as long as you're moving all the time, it's hard to notice.

The film grain totally takes away the beauty from the game.

Really? I couldn't disagree more. I already tried overriding via the nvidia control panel but it showed no difference to me. I guess we all have different sensitivities and perceptions on games. I'm using the latest nvidia drivers, too. Ah well.

Is there a noclip mode in mass effect? 'Cuz I'm quite stuck.

Happened to me, just had to load my save. Thank goodness it only happened once though.
