Can someone measure the distance between the base to the screen for the 226BW if you have one

From the top of the oval part of the stand to the bottom of the screen enclosure is right at 2".

can u measure from the bottom of the base/oval to where the screen begins (not the outter layer)

The base is 1/2"...I had my wife measure it when I had her do the first measurement. She is gone now and I am at work, sorry.
Looks like 1" or so for the screen case.

If someone can't do it for you today, I'll measure it again when I get home or have my wife do it when she gets back home (couple of hours).

all that to see if your speaker would fit under the monitor? lol...

doesn't this monitor have one of those telescoping stands?? just pull it up a little bit to get the speakers to fit...??

It has mounting holes in the back, you can mount it on the wall or use one of these.

Or put something under the stand, I had to raise it just to get a comfortable height for use. I used this.
