[INQ] Intel faces massive EU censure - report - Page 10

Well if cheating is how Intel got the Core 2 duo and Quad then I say "GO CHEATERS".

If Intel hadden't cheated and the Phenom X4s ended up being the fastest thing on the market I woud be pist.

Even after this thing is over and Intel pays out the @$$ for it they will still have come a lot farther than AMD has in the last 5 years.

B) Anticompetitive practices prevent or reduce competition in a market... If Intel's practices neither prevented or reduced competition(during the time frame in question) can they be described as anticompetitive? Oh and gaining market share supports my previous assertion. Monopolies don't lose market share...

I'm not a fan of either company but I will at least hold my judgment till I've seen definitive proof.

-EDIT-

And if your going to through statistics/percentages out there at least get them right...

Reguardless of all your stupid and pointless arguments about our government and political system, Intel DID INFACT carryout anti-competitor/ILLEGAL actions and has been found guilty. End of Story.

This is not about politics, its not about oil, and its not about C2D.

Congrats! You have proven yourselves worthy of the Official Intel Fanboy club.

Isn't it sad that the K8 architecture isn't that far behind? I'd say... Not bad for The Architecture that beat up P4's

As for the political and lobbying, that is pure speculation, evidence please?
Exactly, Microsoft not too long ago, now Intel.

Piracy may be a common practice, but nobody says it's good. It's against the law of fair trade to pay people to buy your products just because you can afford the loss.
