nice, thanks for all the suggestions

I know there are a few ways I could keep the 900 - not much into case modding though (someday!) and I do kind of have the feeling of too much stuff in too small a space at this point. I love the case, just probably wouldn't have gotten it in the first place if I'd realized it would be this tight. Not a flaw with the case, just my own inexperience.

I'll probably go with the Cosmos, still trying to decide which model at this point though. I may go with the S and replace all the fans and mount a couple icages, probably going to look around a bit more at what other people have done for ideas. TT's Armor series does look decent, but my previous rig used a TT case with a lot of the same 'toolless' features... and those seem to invariably be flimsy and just wrong enough that you have to remove them all anyway.
