have you lapped it and applies thermal compound. it you have applied thermal material then make sure its not too much. make sure the clamps are down really tight and then refer to you BIOS for IDLE temps. then check coretemp or speedfan even OCCT has built in monitor.

whats you VID?

edit: give some screen dumps of coretemp

from experience (cousins and friends computers...they all have AMD...)
when i replaced the Thermal paste with AS5 the temp dropped by at least 4-5c ON THE SPOT. i still have to go and see whats it at now because it takes about 200 hours for curing. that that should also whack out 2-4c.

well we know that that is readin your tmeps and everything else completely wrong. no fan in the work is as fast as 1,350,000rpm. that would blow you away. try another program (coretemp). pop a pic of CPU-Z on aswell. lets see your cpu stepping

okay i think that your sensors are gone a bit crazy. CPU-Z is telling me that you CPU is at stock while coretemp goes its OC by 300Mhz. have you tried a BIOS update that might fix some of the issues. the thermal design is 125W. Look around for the Black Edition Club and see what they are saying about there Black editions. they can help you out a bit more.
