Much of the time, when using such huge video cards as these, you have to make sacrifices or compromises in terms of expansion cards. In many cases, an SLI setup with 2-slot cards will block every slot on a motherboard, especially if you're using aftermarket cooling that uses more than two slots.

First, you mentioned that you had all but one PCI slot blocked. Then, you said all your PCI slots blocked. Which is it?

Depending on your situation, here are my suggestions:
If you have one PCI slot open (3 slots down from the PCIe x16 slot), then install the sound card in this slot, and get yourself a PCIe x1 TV tuner. From what I see, your motherboard has two PCIe x1 slots above the x16 slot.

If you have no PCI slots open at all, try to find a decent PCIe x1 sound card and a PCIe x1 or USB TV tuner.

Hope I helped! Your best bet is probably the two PCIe x1 cards, since you have two x1 slots anyhow.
