175.16 drivers bad? - Page 6

Well I don't think its the drivers. I RMA'd my 8600Gt today. Once in windows it would simply say Not Connected on my monitor. I re-installed the old drivers, yes uninstalled and re-installed from scratch. Didn't make a difference. In VGA mode, it works fine. Safe Mode ETC. No Problems. Installed a fresh windows XP on a partition i left empty for eventually installing Vista. Nothing changed. Tried it in my second rig, which has an 8500GT. The card gave me the same results. All I can say is W*F. Anyone else EVER come across this?

The 175.16 drivers killed my 9800GTX SLI rig.

The 175.80 ones, however, are "teh sex".
