What Drivers?!

Thread Starter
I am running a 7800GS (AGP) just now...

What driver should i be using off the NVIDIA site?

Currently using 93.71 + COOLBITS_FORCEWARE for OC
well...until last night when PC started playing up!
now i can't install ANY driver for the graphics card cause it keeps crashing and going to a black screen half way through installing...
i have used 3 different nvidia driver cleaners/removers but STILL the PC is able to detect its a 7800gs under safemode, even though i have removed all i can find from the hard drive relating to this card!...

anyways...back on topic!...

what drivers should i be using WHEN i can actualy get them loaded..lol

Forceware
94.24
163.75
169.21
169.28
169.44

Gforce
174.74
175.16
175.16

Should i be using the 6.01_nforce_system_tools for OC'n
or something else?!

You should use the latest ForceWare drivers.
For OC'ing, using RivaTuner since even with the CoolBits registry tweak, you still can't OC from the nVidia control panel on their latest drivers.
