Temperatures high

Hey guys once again I'd like to thank all of you on this site for doing an excellent job with your support and help. It's a real pleasure and tons of fun being a part of so many computer saavy people, seeing their mods, ideas, etc... I have one small problem maybe someone can help me with. I had to swap out my 680i mobo recently because I found out the 4th memory slot was reading C1 error. Ever since i swapped boards (and in my opinion applied the artic silver more accurately this time) my case temps idle around the 40's- 46's. Before it was normally around 30-36. What could be the problem? Also keep in mind fans nor heatsinks are dirty. I wanted to OC but temps a bit high for my comfort. Thanx
