If you look at coretemp, it shows you your VID. That's you stock voltage at stock speed. That will give you a starting point. Then all you have to do is bump you vcore up a notch or 2 from there.

I'm at 3.5ghz @ 1.4v and have been running prime95 for 20 minutes. Temps are 60,60,57,56. I tried it at 3.66ghz @ 1.47v and it didn't like that so i went back to .

You need to run it over night, you may get errors 8 hours in, also you can use real temp , it will record the highest temperatures (add 5 degrees to the recorded highest).
