good capture card for recording whats on the screen

Thread Starter
I want to get something that basically accepts the A/V cable (red white yellow) and also outputs A/V, but has like a slot for an SD card. Then it records everything that goes through the cable and saves it on the SD card. I think I've seen it before, but I'm not sure what its called, where to look for it, and what is a good buy.

Suggestions please!
