Here's what I'd like to be able to do:
I have ten .bmp files and ten .wav files. I would like to make a DVD that plays the ten .wav files while having the respective .bmp in the background while the music plays.
The catch:
The .wav files are 24-bit, 96kHz. Its vital that they be kept that way when played as a DVD. In fact, that's kinda the whole point. I also don't want to have to buy software.

I've tried using windows movie maker but it wants to resample and compress the audio. If I could put the .wav files on a DVD in such a way that a DVD could play them even without the background pictures that would be fine. The audio is more important than the pictures by far.

Thanks in advance.
