Guys I need help! I put all the parts together and wired everything correctly and the computer won't boot. At first, I thought the power supply was dead but the paper clip test proved me wrong. Do you guys have any idea on what to do or have an idea what's wrong?

Which one is the 12 volt plug?

Here's my power supply.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817153023

I plugged the main connector (20+4) and the 4 pin one that is located top left of my motherboard.

EDIT: Thanks for the fast reply btw!

EDIT #2: Rest Of Specs

E2160
Centurion ATX Case
GA-P35-S3G
VisionTek 3870
G.Skill (2x1GB) DDR2 800
Thermaltake TR2 430W
WD 250GB SATA

Samsung IDE DVD Burner

EDIT #3: Will give $5 in paypal to someone who help me get this computer to work (excluding RMA).

Okay that 4 pin would have been the 12 volt, you sure all the connectors are in the right spot on the mobo? i.e the power connector?

I'm 100% sure I got the power connector right. When I turn on the power supply, I hear this little noise and when I hit the power button I hear the change in noise but nothing won't run including fans.
