Best way to remove a TT H-Bracket?

Any tips on taking one off the back of the MoBo? or can you not take them off?

Its the Big Typhoons H_Bracket with the faom pad thats glue on both sides, pad goes in-between the metal braket and the mobo...

Im just about to go with "HAHAHAHAHA you fool, you actually thought wed let you transfer your aftermarket Heatsink to a new mobo?!?!?!?!" and just buy a new one here...

Thats a great idea, cause i cant AFFORD one............................

Im done ranting, and i think i killed my P5N-e SLI trying ot get the thing off...
