Might as well get the DDR2-1000 kit for that amount of money. If not, that kit'll do great. G.Skill is awesome. Their customer support is supurb!

I was also looking at G Skill. I will be using them for gaming 75% of the time, I plan to go with the Q6700 processor by Intel so I can open doors to more than just gaming on my PC.

These are the few I've picked, can someone offer me the difference and if it's worth the extra money for the "high performance and gaming". Also, the motherboard I picked can support up to DDR2 1066, is it worth jumping to those over the 800 and 1000?

I jsut bought the G.Skill DDR2-1000 2x2Gb and will be running vista x64. Since the price is pretty good right now would it be worth it to upgrade to 8Gb or is that kinda overkill...
