I could really use the PO5 BIOS, cause I also have the XFX ULTRA 790i Motherboard. It came with these original settings: 2.053.B6, 2-15-2008 Bios, 6A61MB03??? I have not flashed the BIOS. I also have the exaxct same DDR3 memory, but it only clocks at 9-9-9-24 2t. Hope the newer BIOS will allow 7-7-7-20 at 1600MHz. THANKS ahead. Send email at..... ??? How do I overclock my QUAD 9450 CPU?

Please, could you resend P-05 BIOS download, as I didn't get it. It has to be the XFX P-05 BIOS. Appreciate it alot.

The P05 is officially released.

http://www.xfxforce.com/web/support/supportCentral.jspa

here is the iso link from the XFX site.

You can also check out my EVGA 790i guide (in my sig). The EVGA and XFX are identical.

Incidently, the P05 bios will not improve ram overclocking. It was released to fix data corruption with ram being clocked over 1600mhz.
