What DDR2-800 should I buy?

Thread Starter
Hi, I am currently looking at buying some new memory for my computer. It needs to be DDR2 800 2x2GB. My mobo is a EVGA 680i SLI LT. My old Corsair memory just won't give me any room to overclock. I was hoping someone could give me some recommendations for either OCZ or G.SKILL memory kits. I would buy it from newegg so any links would be appreciated.

Thanks

I own a set of 4GBPK's in the 1066MHz category and they are AWESOME.
I stand by G.Skill.

So ddr2-1000 will work even though the motherboard says ddr2-800?

i would also go with this ddr2 1000 memory, it works really well, i've used it before, before my motherboard crapped out and fried my memory, forcing me to get a temorary 2gb replacement, but of course, from g skill.

Thanks for all the help. Looks like I will probably go with the G.SKILL RAM. As an afterthought is it possible to tighten the timings up on this RAM? If so, does it make much of a difference?
