`QuickS`

If you take a look at that pic a couple post's above you can see that Crysis doesn't look anywhere near as good as those photo's posted by the OP. Hes also only getting 2fps with sli 8800GT's.........

So? Most games run just fine with X8 AA and don't take much of a hit from it.

Do you even know what you are talking about?

Crysis, on Very High, with x8 AA. Try to run that.

AA is a huge hit on games, especially crysis.

I run 4xAA on Call of Duty 4 and my fps almost halves to 40 or so. Anti-aliasing is a massive drain on resources because it pretty much has to render the scene twice.

I agree with QuickS, bottlenecking is a load of rubbish

There have been many tests and reviews that prove it all to be just made up by a bunch of people

And say your CPU was at 100% Whilst playing crysis - That aint changing what your GPU can do at all, it just means that the CPU isnt adding in as many FPS as it could, nothing to do with the GFX Card

I'll try find the link, but they tested a Core2 CPU @2Ghz and @2.8Ghz, and the FPS changed by like 1-2

That's really because Crysis most of the time is way more GPU dependant than CPU dependent.

Go try to play the carrier scene with a CPU at 2ghz, it will be raped from the physics.

I agree with the people who say crysis does look like crap.

I maxed it at 1680x1050 DX 10 all very high and the palm trees still look like crap.
