Best fan for Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme

Thread Starter
Just out of curiosity what would be the best fan choice for a TRUE 120 Extreme ? I was possibly thinking maybe a Scythe fan ?
I use a Scythe Ultra Kaze 1900RPM fan - it's a 120x38mm fan so it has a higher static pressure that is needed because of the tightly packed fins

Really anything that is 38mm thick and has 80+ CFM rating

That help?

as far as i am aware 2 fans isnt that much of a difference compared to one. So for now i would say just one.

2000 rpm Scythe Ultra Kaze, or 3000Rpm Ultra for about 3C less.

Or if you're into quiet fans, the Noctua NF-P12 have the current best CFM:noise ratio.

I think I will be best off to go with the Scythe Ultra Kaze 3000rpm but a few concerns and that is noise and reliability.
The 3000rpm one will be real noisy - the 2000rpm i have and it is "noticable" at max depending on the case
Also, you can use a fan controller to slow them down = less noise
