Giant Psu Problem :(

I have had a nice new Gigabyte 8800gt 256mb sitting behind me in a box waiting for a new psu. The Psu i got was http://www.cobra-computers.co.uk/scr...t_id=84&id=729

It has 2 main Rails. 12v1 20A and 12v2 20A

it has to power an
AMD 6000x2 85w ed
2gb Ballistix 1200mhz
Seagate Barracuda sata 7.2k 250gb hdd
Gigabyte 8800gt 256mb
All on liquid exept 8800

For some reason i managed to use pc for 3 min before first power cut. Then i had to wait 3 min before it would start again. Then it happened after 30 seconds and now its instant (about 1-2 sec). I have no idea why 40A is not enough as it was only 308W for cpu and GPu combined so 308/12=25

I did put a 2 molex - 1 pci 6 pin across both the rail molex and it still had same problem. Apon Pluggin in my old 8600gts it worked and still is.

I currently have the 8800gt in a realy old PC downstairs

Ezcool 650w PSu wid 18A on 12v+
Pentium D 820
2gb ddr2 667 value
250gb seagate barracuda hdd 7.2k
8800gt 256mb

And it isnt cuttin out with that rig regardless of only having 18A on 12v

THe 700W psu is brand spanking new and it just baffles me as to why it dont work. So i came to Overclock to see if anyone has the brains to crack this......I aint
