I highly doubt it will be better than the board you have now. Try this one, or the open box DK further down the linked page.

I don't have the board you posted, but why not go for the OC King of Mobos ---> DFI

I have two of DFI's P35 boards and they OC like a champ!

Here's a link on Overclock.net for the P35-T2RS:

Good luck!

Buy this boad. I own a Q9450 and I can tell you not many boards are doing over 450FSB stable. Stay away from the DFI boards unless you don't mind a week of trying to find the right settings. I have the p35 LT sitting here I tried it for one day and went and picked up the asus p5e-vm HDMI. I'm now happily benching @ 495 FSB. I've run all the 3DMarks successfully @ 3904MHz.

i just build my Q9450 .... and i'm using EP35C-DS3R .. it's pretty much the same as this board in your signature ... and i'm OC to 3.4 ... 1.2500 Vcore ... FSB +1 .. MCH +1 ... DDR +3 .. and setting my divider to 2.0 for the ram ... just want to OC stable before OC the Ram ... and i OCCT for 2 hours stable ... prime95 for 4hours stable also ... my temp are 33,31,34,31 idle ... 53,52,54,50 on full load ... from what i understand .. using Realtemp to check your temp .. because all the rest of the software seem wrong ... they all about 10 degree higher ... ihope this help ... good luck OCingggggggggggggggg

waitting for another week for my CPU break in before do some more damage to it... heheheeh

The Asus P5K-SE is not as bad as people think.
I have it and although I haven't tried to overclock my CPU yet I have read a pretty interesting review about it here

It says:
Quote:
Those of you that just want to push an E6400 (for example) to 3.0GHz, should be just as likely to succeed with the ASUS P5K-SE as you would with the Deluxe version. So for the majority of you out there when it comes to performance and overclocking abilities, any of the Intel P35 motherboards tested here today will serve you well.
Granted, not all mobos overclock the same but it seems that mobos having the P35 chipset are mostly good overclockers.
