Crysis Benchmark Question?

Thread Starter
I just installed crysis, and i wanted to run the benchmarks, so i searched crysis in the start menu, and i found the folder. Only problem is that the folder is missing almost everything that i installed. I didnt pay attention to where i installed everything, but when i search crysis, thats the only related folder that i get. I know this is a noob question, but where did everything i isntalled go?

i took a screenshot of the folder if it helps.

You have to download the benchmark tool. It's not made by Crytek. Google "Crysis Benchmark Tool."

i just downloaded the crysis benchmark tool, and it looks like the screenshot posted below. i have heard that the benchmark conisists of a fly by over the island, although whenever i run the one that i screenshotted below, all that happens is that it runs the first scene/level in the game, where u parachute out of the plane. it basically just starts the game, and i am able to move around and stuff, is this the right benchmark?

Do the benchmark_gpu not benchmark_cpu.

Benchmark_gpu is the fly-over-the-island test.

No, no, no!

The benchmark was made by Crytek and you do not have to download anything to run them. The Crysis Benchmark Tool is just some UI for what would normally be a cmd window.

If you go to C:\\Program Files\\Electronic Arts\\Crytek\\Crysis\\Bin32 (Bin64 for 64 bit OSs.) you can see a "Benchmark_GPU". Run it. Then the benchmark will start.
