Right so, at the end of july, after my holiday ill be deciding on which GPU to buy, but one thing i wanna change right now is my motherboard for two reasons. 1 is i have another 8600GTS lying around i wanna SLI and two i think the abit IB9 sucks for OC aswell as in general

My budget tho is as much under 150 as possible

If you want SLI go for an Nvidia 750 board as they seem the most reliable atm. For crossfire go with X38/X48 they have good marks and overclock 45nm cpu's real good. DDR3 is really dropping down in price so you might consider that route also if you want to plan ahead.

The IP45 Pro isnt sli compadible or Xfire compadible. but idk sli 8600GT is worth it. id go for a X38 or X48 board and zero in on the crossfire setup.

Abit IP35 Pro is a good baord but can't do SLI. Instead of get spend $100 for another 8600GTS, maybe sell the 8600GTS and get a 8800GT or wait a week or so to see how the 4850 works and get one.
