NVIDIA Responsible for Nearly 30% of Vista Crashes in 2007 - Page 3

nForce chips are inferior than others like X38 and P35 in term of stability. I think this is pretty much a known fact in the industry. This is why Nvidia is very reluctant to let other mobo manufacturers to support SLI.

Thats true but I suspect there are more Nvidia cards in operation (In Vista Machines) than Ati right now. For me and Vista 64. no bsod's. I have had the driver stopped working when OC'd to much but it recovers by itself, no complete system crashes. I was a Vista hater for a while and held out untill just recently, Vista 64 is really pretty good, IMO.

Believe it or not, most of my BSOD's are from sound card crashses. But at the same time look at the market. If I have 1000 computer with nvidia cards/drivers and 1 with ati. The ATI crashses all the time yet only 9 computers with nvidia cards crash. Nvidia is responsible for 90% of windows crashes even though they have a .09% crash rating and ATI has a 100% crash rating.
