3x 8800 GTS or 2x 8800 GT?

I was debating which I should do. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130319

3x GTS is actually cheaper than 2x GT and essentially faster and more powerful?

But what is the stability of 3 in SLI anyways? And would it even be worth it in the long run, because I'd probably have to get a bigger more expensive power supply, and motherboard that could support tri-SLI. Are there any other questions I'm failing to ask??

The rest of my rig is going to be a QX9650 with 4gb of ram, still not sure on the mobo, or the supply, and just some simple sata 500gb's in raid0

YOu can not 3 way SLI 8800GTS or 8800GT.. So your choice. I would say get 2x 8800GT.. since the other choice is not possible.

Not only can't you tri-sli GTS's, but SLI doesn't scale well enough to warrant the extra card. My vote is for 2 GTS's.

I used to get Flamed for saying that.

8800 ULtra is different because
1. better memory
2. Better core "same though"
3. More voltage
4 Better cooler.

YAYAYAYAYA I WIN

DO i get a free T shirt?
