Case fans advice??

Thread Starter
Just wondering what's best for my case regarding airflow & fans.

I have the Antec super lanboy case with 2x 120mm fans. Specs Here

My fans have been running for the past 4 years & I feel I must retire them as my case needs better airflow (CFM). I am using the Asus Silent Knight CPU cooler which pulls the hot air into my rear fan while keeping surrounding components cool so I'm guessing a stronger rear fan will improve it's performance.

So far I have this Akasa fan possibly for the front as I need blue LED's.

Does more intake or exhaust benefit temps or both equally important?
Advice appreciated

Slightly more exhaust is better - like a 60:40 ratio would be best

You want it even (Intake and exaust) if they're way off you can have static and dust problems.

Thought that may be best overall.

Think I will stick the Akasa one in the back & look for something a little quieter for the front.

Thanks

I honestly think the best in a mid tower is a powerful intake & 2 power exhausts...it's great for me! intake and exhaust are right in line with each other and the other one is up higher catching hot air that rises.

AC Ryan fans rock. Almost 80CFM's of air from a 120mm fan.

So what do you think of me using my (59.05 CFM) Akasa for my exhaust & this (57.6CFM) Zaward fan for my intake.

Bear in mind my PSU is 120mm & my cpu cooler directs air towards my rear exhaust.

Good advice so far!
