stressing failures

Thread Starter
ok, about a month ago i got my system stable at 3.6ghz and 1000mhz memory. did orthos for 6 hours fine and dandy but last firday it all went to **** and couldnt do orthos for 2 seconds, now after a fresh reinstall it wont sit though it for more than 6 minutes only thing ive changed since then is a case fan and i seriously doubt ill be getting errors from that.

iam super careful when im inside my case and always grounded. i let it do memtest 2.01+ overnight 29 passes fine and swapped dimm slots to test the other pair (didnt help).

any suggestions?
