If I connect my ASUS EN7600GS to my television how can I run dual monitor mode?

Basiically I am going to buy a Phono To Coax Plug Video Lead then plug in my s-video cable into my graphics card then connect 1 side of the Phono To Coax Plug Video Lead to the "comp out, phono" part of the s-vid cable then the other to my tv rca input where you would plug a video into.

The thing is I know the pc won't recognise the tv as a monitor or recognise it at all... So how would I be able to run dual monitor mode? I don't want the same thing showing on both monitors.

I want to basically have my software I use for my music on to screens. Edit screen on my main monitor and mixer channels on the television.

Help advice is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

nvidia control panel will recognize your TV, I connected mine to my HDTV with a DVI-HDMI adapter and in nvidia control panel it recognized the tv right away.

Yep just tried it with a small spare tv and the quality is rubbish. I ended up using the yellow phono type cable with my s-video cable. The quality is rubbish. I'll just get a spare monitor.
