Okay, well that depends. Flat out, the best Air cooler is the TRUE (Thermalright Ultra Extreme) and the Tuniq tower. They're a little pricey though. How much are you looking to spend on it?

Yep! They are really amazing coolers. I have an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro. I really like it. And it was cheap...cheaper haha.

The TRUE and Tuniq handles the Q6600 like a champ and the ACF7Pro will cool it but not as well.

With the TRUE? Oh yes. The TRUE would keep it very cool. Even people who extreme overclock their Q6600 use a TRUE and it keeps it very cool. And I mean like 3.6GHz and it's still fine.

You can leave it running as long as you wanted.

is it weird that at full load my CPU gets up to 71 degrees at its stock 2.4Ghz speed???? Maybe the stock fan sucks that bad.
