Your power supply should be able to handle any single card out there, and it should handle a quite of the few cards in SLI

Id get the 4850, its on par with the 9800GTX. I think it uses less power as well. And your card should be good enough for a 4870, idk about crossfire though

Your PSU is good for anything you throw at it. I'm using my 8800GT on a 300w.

Is it enough power depends on what else you are running in my opnion. I run 7 case fans zaman quadcore 3 dvd drives and 1 8800gt 8 gigs of memory a raptor and 2 wd 320g hard drives and I had a bfg 600 and it burned out in three days. Probally bad luck lol I sent it back and got a pc power and cooling 750watt and it is awsome. I got it for 120 bucks. Why skimp on a power suply better be safe then sorry. If you dont think it has enough juice get a bigger one. LOL maybe i just like to go big..
