Mobo= http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131142 =120$
CPU= http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115052 =132$
Power= http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817153057 =65$
HDD= http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136074 =70$

Memory= http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231126 =21$ (x2)

This will get you a good system and will have some left over...

Also if he wants in the future he can add another viedo card for SLI or more HDD's or whatever. This will get him gaming pretty decently...

None of today's motherboards will use that memory. That is DDR, and he's going to need DDR2 (or DDR3, but thats expensive).

Ummm no...

Get an E2180 + DS3L instead of your 650i SLI / E7200, then you'll be able to afford an 8600GT or 3870
