Ok, my new setup was going beautifully...got up to 3.6 stable w/5 hours prime95 error free. Here's when the trouble started...right after I got done running that 5 hours, I stopped it, let it idle for a bit, then restarted. No boot. Froze up loading windows, so I thought, no big deal, I'll just go back to stock and see what's up. No boot at stock. What the...? Long story short, I had memory errors, HD errors, reloaded OS 4 times, cleared CMOS at least 4 times... Every time I loaded OS, it would boot into it, work for about 2 minutes and freeze up. Then got mup.sys error on boot up.
Now if I so much as change the multi from auto (which it goes to at clearing CMOS), the whole system bogs down and takes forever to boot. If I clear the CMOS it runs fine. Memory's fine, ran memtest @ 8 hours (overnight while sleeping), no errors. HD got corrupted, now no problems (my theory is got corrupted when OS froze up).
So what do you guys think? Is it the mobo, processor, memory? I never went over 1.5v when OC, not even a little. I didn't do the vdroop mod, so volts were lower than what it was set at anyway. Top temp it ever showed was 57 (water cooled CPU). My VID is 1.2625...this proc is two weeks old! Help!

RMA'd motherboard, RAM, now no problems. I think now that it was probably a bad northbridge...they are screaming hot on these boards. Bought a waterblock for it at the same time, now runs at 38C.

have you tried reseating the cpu and all the connectors etc , just to take them out of the equation ?

I have reseated the connectors, but not the chip yet. I'm RMAing the mobo because it doesn't recognize the audio device that's onboard... I don't know if that's a sign that the board is bad, but I'm definitely not paying for a board that has something not working, especially one this expensive. Checking through everything, I noticed that my PSU seems to be supplying 11.25v normally (according to OCCT and another app, can't remember which one right now) for the 12v power. All the other voltages are lower than they are supposed to be as well. The problem is, if I change the voltage in the BIOS to compensate for it, it doesn't like it at all--for instance, the BIOS is showing 1.21v at auto for the processor, my VID is 1.2625. If I change the voltage to match the VID...it slows wayyy down. I don't know what to think of this...take a look.
