Writing to multiple DVD drives - Page 2

Actually, if you want to try it ahead of time, start imgburn four times. Point each started program to the same iso and each to a different drive. Select 50 for the number of copies on each started instance of imgburn and then elect the speed to burn on each instance. Click the green go button on each instance. This will give you the same net effect.

I'll post the script in a couple hours.

Create a cmd file with your text editor and paste the below-line of code in it. I make all of my bulk burn iso's named temp.iso. For each of the four cmd files, point to a different drive. In this example. it's E:. Replace the %cp% parameter with the static number of copies to make. If you want to burn at a faster speed that 8x, open IMGburn and find out the exact value for available burn speeds and replace 8x with your new speed.

With a little imagination, there are a lot of interesting things you can accomplish with imgburn and it's command parameters.

path=c:\\program files\\Imgburn
Imgburn.exe /MODE WRITE /SRC "w:\emp.iso" /DEST E: /START /COPIES %cp% /SPEED 8x /CLOSE /DELETEIMAGE no /EJECT yes /WAITFORMEDIA

If you are interested in seeing another script I use to do fast duplication, here it is:
echo off
path=c:\\program files\\Imgburn
cls
echo ----------------------------------
echo Copy Unprotected DVD Using ImgBurn
echo ----------------------------------
getint "How many COpies to Make"
set cp=%errorlevel%
cls
echo ----------------------------------
echo Copy Unprotected DVD Using ImgBurn
echo ----------------------------------
echo Making %cp% Copies
echo Place Source Disk in DVD Drive D
echo Place Blank Disk in DVD Drive E
sleep 5
cls
echo ----------------------------------
echo Copy Unprotected DVD Using ImgBurn
echo ----------------------------------
echo Making %cp% Copies
echo Source Disk Should Be in DVD Drive D
echo Desination Disk Should Be in DVD Drive E
echo Creating Image From DVD Drive D
Imgburn.exe /MODE READ /SRC D: /DEST "w:\emp.iso" /START /CLOSE /EJECT yes /WAITFORMEDIA
cls
echo ----------------------------------
echo Copy Unprotected DVD Using ImgBurn
echo ----------------------------------
echo Done Creating Image
echo You should have %cp% blank DVD(s) Ready
echo Blank Disk Should Be in DVD Drive E
echo Burning Image to DVD Drive E
Imgburn.exe /MODE WRITE /SRC "w:\emp.iso" /DEST E: /START /COPIES %cp% /SPEED 8x /CLOSE /DELETEIMAGE yes /EJECT yes /WAITFORMEDIA
cls
echo ----------------------------------
echo Copy Unprotected DVD Using ImgBurn
echo ----------------------------------
echo Done Copying Disk
sleep 3
echo Good Bye
sleep 2

Why buy another if Prog. if Alcohol 120% works , you dont need to keep updating it unless you buy a new burner that it wont support, Or you need any new features a new version may have.

I have a trial that expired yesterday.

In nero, where is the feature that allows you to burn multiple copies across multiple drives?
