wow thats small maybe Nvidia does have a chance
We tried to snap a few pictures of the power points to show you the size of the Tegra CPU, but due to some rather bad lighting in the room where the press conference was held, we have to appologize for the quality of the pictures below.
First up, we have a couple of shots of the CPU in comparison to first of all, a penny (that's one U.S. cent, not a U.K. penny) on one of the slides; and after that, we have a picture of a barely visible chip held by Michael Rayfield from Nvidia.
As you can see, this is one seriously tiny processor and the platform is rather small as well. Again, not the greatest pictures in the world, but the first one is of a slide which shows the size comparison between an Atom MID motherboard and a Tegra MID motherboard; you can make up your own mind up about which one is smaller and possibly more power efficient.
