wow sup low. Ensure intel speedstep and c1 are off in the bios. With 8800GTS 320mb SLI i was able to rack in 16k.

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=6746694

Why you only at 2ghz?

Your computer is idling itself down in the bios. Just look under CPU settings in the bios and make sure both C1 and Speedstep are set to dissabled.

All the above have been disabled, CPU is 2667MHz at the moment, for some reason when I bump the multi to x9, 3dmark freezes.

Will keep at it and see how I go

Is something wrong here? website mis-information?
http://www.xfxforce.com/web/product/...tionId=2237553
the memory clock is right. you have to double it. 1140 x 2= 2280. right now my mem clock is set to 1025mhz, but it is at 2050mhz.

edit: doesnt the qx9650 have an unlocked multiplier? if so you can use a high multiplier than 9 and set a lower FSB. make sure you have EIST->aka Speedstep disabled too. it will throttle back performance when your PC is idle, that is why in your screenshot is showed 2ghz.

About the memory speed thing, you always count the speed x2, it says 1140 and it x2 is 2280, as on XFX's website. nothing to worry about.

-FilluX

EDIT: Lol i was too slow, spacegoast beat me =D

Just to reinforce the fact for the third time, it runs in DDR (double data rate) so, it runs x2. 1140x2 = 2280 yaaay
