Which overclock is better?

Specs:
Q9300 2.5ghz
Ocz12800 1600fsb 4GB 7-6-6-24
evga 790i ultra


My cpu peak is 3.5 (1867 FSB) however my ram peak is 1800FSB 9-7-7-12.
I can
1. lower the cpu down to ~3.38 and have a 1:1 ratio at 1800FSB
2. keep the ram at stock 1600fsb
3. cpu 3.5 and ram 1750 8-11-11-16

I ran benchmarks on the 3 of them and the 3rd one had lower scores in everything. So here is #1 and #2

#2 at 1:1 ratio seems to be the best however I dont know how much of a factor Maximum Bus Bandwidth would play it since I have a slower CPU in #2

Always prioritize CPU speed.

Then work RAM speed/timings around that.

BTW, what you are calling 1:1 isn't actually 1:1, it's 1:2

1:1 would be the RAM underclocked to DDR2-933 speeds.

Stupid nForce chipsets lie & call 1:2 1:1, but it's not.
