Yeah. Save a bit of money on useless parts and invest in other stuff. A good keyboard and mouse (G15/G9), Good sound system (Z5500), Good monitors, etc...

1 last thing if i Change mobo to
XFX MB-N780I-ISH9, nForce 780i SLI, 3-Way SLi, 775, PCI-E 2.0 (x16), DDR2, 533/667/800, SATA II, ATX

That only goes up to 800mhz on the Ram when the ram im getting goes to 1066mhz.

This is off the XFX web site

System Memory:
Dual Channel DDR2 533/667/800

JEDEC DDR2 Memory:
800 MHz (up to 1200MHz with EPP 1.0)

can some 1 tell me what EPP 1.0 means/is
Never really looked in to mobo/ram stuff b4
or weather my ram would run at its full Mhz

or should i go for the
EVGA 132-CK-NF78-A1, NF780i SLI, 775, PCI-E 2.0 (x16), DDR2 1200/667/800MHz, SATA II, SATA RAID
http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=736368
spec wise and the fact its instock >.<

I agree with Chozart for the PSU and HD.
PSU is total overkill for that build. A corsair 750TX would cut it.
Corsair memory isn't bad, you could stick with it if you want.
HD, get one of those WD 640GB ones. They're like 100USD.
Mobo, I don't like the 780i, simply due to the fact that nothing there is new, and that there are 3 cards. Get the 790i if you can spare the cash. Otherwise, get an intel board.
For the GPU, wait for new cards to come out, and get one of the new ones.
The xigmatek S1284 is out, and should do better than the S1283. Get one of those.
A Q6600 should do it. Q6700's are just basically overclocked Q6600's.

I can't recommend this RAM enough:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...X4096-8500C5DF)

Overclocks really nicely on my X38 board. I have 8GB running at 1133 MHz 24/7 on 2.1v

Definatly NOT. nVdia bought them out and is incorperating it all into their GPU's. As a matter of fact those Ageia boards are not even being supported anymore either. THeir entire site seems to be chewed up and tossed out.
