Just got my Rampage II Gene and Mini P180
Side window is in progress. I really like the case, but the side panels are really really crappy. I also ripped out the front panel connectors, and bondoed over the holes, the painted it flat black again. The drive bays are mostly missing because I'm about to install a WC loop.

Looks really good!

What's the plan for the side window?

And want to see Soldam!

The plan is to not kill myself out of frustration trying to cut through the dumb plastic.

No but the plan is just to have the top compartment exposed through the window. I don't want the PSU/bottom optical bay exposed.

I really loved this case at first, but the more I deal with it, the flimsy-er it seems. I hate all the plastic... The sides and front are like pure plastic, with super thin metal plates stuck to it.
I might try finding a factory side window panel.

Also, wanted to sneak this in here. It's only my second time using Bondo, so yeah.
Looks pretty good in my opinion though. Don't mind my optical drive...

Haha thanks, I know this isn't my work log or anything, but you seem interested... so here's two more.

I made this today, because the way I was powering the hard drives was annoying, two off real SATA PSU connectors, and one off an adapter. I hate adapters. So I pulled apart two modular PSU connectors, and fashioned this:

And it's to go in here:

No after picture yet, still not installed.

Looks great!

That's a really nicely done custom cable - pretty hard to tell it's custom. Hell, put some black tape on the end with the exposed wires and you probably couldn't tell
