Try 333 FSB (whatever voltage you think will work fine) x 9 multiplier.
Set RAM to 1:1 Ratio, so it will be at DDR2 - 667 (your stock speed).

That should do the trick for you...considering you have the Intel Cool N' Quiet stuff turned off in BIOS (I don't know what they're called since I'm on AMD). My bet would be that your RAM is stopping you being stable, not the chip.

EDIT:
Nevermind, you're on DDR2 - 800...my bad. Looked at the wrong sig.

Anyway, I'd still suggest you lower your RAM down to make sure that's not the cause of your errors . And make sure the Intel Speedstep stuff (whatever all the options are called) is all disabled.
Ok thanks. Yes, as you found out, I am running DDR 800 and I could try lowering it to see if its the problem, although I highly doubt it. All my Intel Speedstep settings are off as are all the other required settings for overl****ing. My current ratio is actually 5:8... I think, or was that when I was at 3.00GHz ??? I can't remember

Although If I put my multiplier to less than 11x, in windows it still shows as my fsb x 11. So like when I was on 3.00GHz, it would be 300 * 10 in the bios, but in windows it would show as 3,3GHz, as in 300 * 11. Thats in anything besides CPU-Z
