Asus P5N32-E SLI problem, help please

Thread Starter
I bought this board from Trueg50, and after a lot of times and tries with his help, I couldn't get this board to boot up.
I have a q6600, evga 8800gt sc, 2x2gb xms, vendetta2 cooler that connected to the board. For some reason, the board is really hard to boot up ( took me at least 20 tries to have it boot up one), even after it boot up, it will freeze right after few seconds before I can actually try to change the setting on the board.
The board already came with bios 1205
These are the steps that me and true50 had tried.
Tried one ram only ( didn't even work )
I swapped a different processor (d805), made sure the cooler is sitting right ( didn't work)
Put in a different ram (ocz x 1gb) ( didn't work either)
Swapped out keyboard, mouse, graphic card ( used my old ati x1300) didn't work
Tried the jumper, didn't work
Please helppppppp, I couldn't get this thing to work for last 3 days, and I'm frustrating.

Had the long boot up problem myself. this is what I did: wait for it to boot, then load up the bios. Once there, go to your voltage control, and manually set the Memory voltage. Set it either at the chip stock, or a little bit higher. I've had two of these N series SLI boards now, and both need the memory manually selected.

Then update the bios, that also fixes a lot of things.

He's saying he can't get to the BIOS though.

And yeah, this board is one big problem after another..
