look at gigabyte's 9600GT... completely fanless.... but it might not be as good as a video card with an aftermarket HS

mostly from ncix.com, cause they ship express at a decent price, but plan on buying from any store to get the best silent parts

FSP Zen 400W

I've only heard good things about this PSU. And a high quality 400W PSU should be more than enough unless you plan on SLI'ing two power hungry cards.

Haha, yeah Enermax makes an awesome PSU, but it's more then the one i suggested. i was tryin to stay low budget.
