2 * 2900XT + HR-03 in Crossfire = lack of space

Hi everyone,

This will be my first post. I hope you guys can help me, I'm all out of ideas.

Situation :

I bought 2 Asus 2900XT's, but because they were making a lot of noise, even at 50% fan,I started searching for a more quiet solution. I ordered 2 HR-03 R600 coolers + 2 92mm fans. Problem now is that I can't fit em in my case anymore. If I use 1 card I can put the fan on and get idle temp to 45 but if I put em both in I can't add any fans and temp goes up to 68-69 wich is almost as much as idle temp with stock cooler. I was going to try OC'ing them but without the fans on there I don't think they would last long...

Any advise/solution would be more then welcome

Thanks

Can't you put one facing up and the other down? Like so:

I can fit in both cards without fans but then I get 68-69 °C , I tried to do the same as in the posted picture but it seems when you put that motherboard in a case like mine the bottom fan can't be mounted (fanless I have 3 or 4 mm left) and because of my CPU cooler I can't mount the top fans aswell...

Thanks for the fast replies btw ^^

Could you attatch the bottom HR-03 like in the pic, but mount the fan between the PCB and the heatsink in line with those red ide slots.
