right side of headset stopped working!

Thread Starter
I left my computer on and my headset was beside me, but I know I didnt sleep on it only left the music on and now when I got home the volume in the right headset stopped working. Should I unscrew the screws and check whats wrong and also my mic doesn't work after 2 weeks and its not software-related. I got this head 5 months ago. Plantronics .365

Is the mic attached to the right side of the headset? My guess is the cabling is bad on the right side.

That happened to me with my Speedlink headset. I just cut the wire and re-soldered it on and covered the bare parts with shrink plastic. (I think my issue was the substance coated onto bare wires to stop them shorting had come off slightly).

Good thing it is an easy fix. My A700's had a busted left speaker that was no fun. I had to RMA them.
